Why We’re Heading to METALCON — Our First Step into the U.S. Market
This October, Metal Morph is joining METALCON 2025 in Las Vegas — marking our very first public showcase in the United States. For us, this is not just an exhibition; it’s a milestone, a statement, and a bold step into a new chapter of our journey.
We are not a company with a massive factory or a long exhibition history. Instead, we are a small but ambitious team of designers, engineers, and makers who believe that metal can move — it can transform, evolve, and inspire.
Our mission is simple but challenging: to merge digital precision and human craftsmanship into one continuous flow — from design to fabrication to installation. And METALCON is where we want to share that vision with the world.
The Preparation Journey
For months, our team has been immersed in preparation. We designed and produced a double-curved aluminum panel sample that embodies our MM SURF D3 System — a system that combines data‑driven engineering, secondary structures, and surface precision into a single digital workflow.
Each curve was not just formed, but calibrated, scanned, and verified. We worked with our partners in Korea and China to press‑form, weld, coat, and assemble every component. From PVDF coating to 3D scanning, from digital modeling to packaging for overseas shipment — every step has been an experiment, a lesson, and a story.

At the same time, our design team has been preparing everything that makes a booth come alive: brochures, roll‑up banners, and exclusive giveaway goods that reflect who we are. Each detail, down to the typography and material choices, is part of how we communicate our philosophy — that technology should feel human, and that craftsmanship can be digital. Explore how our open joint metal cladding system and lightweight substructure enable precise installation on site.

There were moments of chaos — deadlines shifting, late‑night debugging, shipping delays, and endless quality checks. But that’s what makes it real. Every challenge reminded us why we started Metal Morph: to build things that seem impossible, and to keep learning along the way.
What METALCON Means to Us
For us, METALCON is more than a trade show. It’s a place where the world of architecture, fabrication, and design innovation converges. We’re here not only to showcase what we can do, but to find those who share the same drive to push boundaries.
We want to meet architects who dream of forms that break away from repetition, contractors and builders who seek smarter, more precise fabrication methods, and partners and collaborators who believe that digital workflows are not the future — they are the present.
We also hope to connect with students, researchers, and young designers who are curious about the intersection of digital tools and material reality — the space where imagination meets fabrication.
Because in the end, Metal Morph isn’t just a company. It’s a philosophy — one that challenges the limits of what can be built and how it can be made.
Looking Ahead
We see METALCON as an opportunity to grow beyond borders. To listen, learn, and collaborate with the U.S. architectural community. To explore how our approach — born from complex freeform projects in Asia — can contribute to the next generation of digital fabrication in America.
We don’t expect perfection from this first step. We expect conversations. Questions. Ideas. And maybe a few “Can this actually be built?” moments — because those are the ones that move us forward.
We’re excited, nervous, and proud — all at once. Our booth may be small, but it carries our story, our belief, and our ambition.
If you see us at METALCON, come say hello. Touch the panel. Ask about the process. We’d love to share what we’ve learned — and to imagine what we could build together.
See you in Las Vegas.
