For Hana Dream Town, the goal was to transform the normally cool, industrial character of aluminum into a warm, wood-inspired interior.

MetalMorph provided curved panel engineering, fabrication, wood-veneer finishing, and on-site installation coordination.

The greatest challenges were controlling millimeter-level installation tolerances and maintaining the grain direction and pattern continuity of the wood veneer across complex curved surfaces. Because the panels are viewed at close range, even small misalignments could affect the overall finish.

Through precise digital modeling, fabrication detailing, and continuous field coordination, the project was successfully completed as a seamless and refined interior environment that combines the precision of metal with the warmth of wood.
