This project challenged us to bring Morphosis’s visionary design into precise, buildable reality. The façade featured aluminum sheet panels with an open‑joint system, designed to appear seamless — no visible sealant, no visual noise, just pure surface continuity.

To achieve this, Metal Morph developed advanced digital detailing that minimized seam lines and controlled tolerances across all panel joints. Every millimeter mattered. We refined fabrication data and installation methods to ensure that each aluminum panel aligned perfectly within the architectural geometry.

Through parametric modeling and mock‑up verification, we transformed the conceptual design into a constructable, high‑performance façade system that maintained the purity of Morphosis’s vision.

The Genesis EV Station reflects Metal Morph’s core principle: to turn complex design intent into precise, buildable form—without compromise.
